Formations & Supervisions B2B

Training and Supervision

Training in neurofeedback is not just about learning to operate a device. It is learning to read brain activity, to put it into dialogue with a clinic, and to build a protocol that makes sense for the person being accompanied. No standardized training can cover this requirement, because each professional arrives with their own background, population, and project - and because the brain they will meet in consultation never obeys a single model.

Accompagnement Individualisé

It all starts with a one-hour exchange

This is why the support offered here is exclusively B2B and individualized. No groups, no prefabricated paths: support calibrated to the field reality of each practitioner.

First of all, a videoconference interview of about an hour makes it possible to lay the foundations of the project. This time is not an administrative formality: it guides the rest of the process. What is the professional looking for? What population do they wish to accompany? In what clinical setting? With what initial level of knowledge in neuroscience and EEG?

From these answers stem the choice of hardware and software, the training strategy, and the pace of support. Without this initial clarification, it would be illusory to offer a truly adapted path - and this is precisely what distinguishes tailored training from a generic module sold without consideration of the context.

I. Professional Training

The training is aimed at professionals who wish to integrate neurofeedback and neuromodulation into their clinical practice. The course unfolds in three articulated stages, each answering a fundamental question.

Temps 01

Choose the right hardware and software

The neurofeedback ecosystem today includes many devices - consumer EEG headsets, multi-channel professional systems, analysis software with very different philosophies. These tools are not interchangeable: a device designed for mindfulness work with adults is not suitable for a clinical protocol with children presenting a neurodevelopmental disorder. The first step is therefore to present the main existing tools, explain their underlying logic, and identify with the professional those that correspond to their project, their population, and their clinical setting. An informed choice beforehand avoids many technical impasses later.

Temps 02

Master neurofunctional evaluation

The initial evaluation is the pillar of any neurofeedback protocol. Without it, the training would be based on vague hypotheses rather than a rigorous reading of the patient's brain activity. The training therefore gives a central place to several inseparable lessons: the technical recording of brain activity (electrode placement, signal quality, artifact management), understanding brain frequencies and what they signal functionally, the clinical analysis of the patient's symptoms, and finally the development of training protocols that rigorously articulate these different sources of information. It is in this articulation, and not in technical mastery alone, that the quality of clinical work is played out.

Temps 03

Build a practice progressively

Once these foundations have been laid, a support schedule is defined with the professional. The sessions are then organized regularly, most often on a weekly basis, and are adjusted over time according to the professional's level, training objectives, and the evolution of the clinical project. This progression respects a simple but essential principle: one does not learn to read a brain in a few days, nor to build a protocol by following a recipe. The challenge is to offer a pragmatic path, directly transferable to the field — knowledge embodied in practice rather than remaining theoretical.

Supervisions

II. Professional Supervision

Supervision is the natural extension of training, and is also aimed at professionals who are starting or consolidating a neurofeedback activity. It offers a structuring space to think about one's practice: working on the clinical analysis of concrete cases, refining the understanding of protocols, adjusting current training, and integrating neurofeedback into an already existing or developing professional activity.

Au Cœur de la Pratique Clinique

Le Dialogue Clinique & EEG

Niveau 01

Traits Cliniques Exprimés

At the heart of this work is an articulation that constitutes the true specificity of neurofeedback. On the one hand, the expressed clinical traits: what the patient experiences, recounts, and manifests - a child's inattention in class, the ruminations that prevent falling asleep, the irritability that arises without warning, the cognitive fatigue at the end of the day. On the other, the latent neurofunctional signatures: the peculiarities of brain organization revealed by the EEG - an excess of frontal theta, an alpha asymmetry, ratios that sketch a profile. The clinical challenge is to bring these two levels into dialogue, without ever reducing one to the other.

Niveau 02

Signatures Neurofonctionnelles

This is where we must be precise, because the temptation of the shortcut is strong. The same symptom can refer to different EEG profiles, and the same brain signature can express itself clinically in various ways depending on the person's history, background, and context. No neurofunctional signature is a unique imprint: they exist as probabilistic trends, bundles of clues that guide the clinical hypothesis without ever deciding it alone. Reading one in the light of the other, without reducing one to the other: it is precisely this matching - never automatic, always to be rebuilt for each patient - that makes it possible to build a relevant protocol. And it is this that occupies most of the work in supervision.

Flexibilité du Parcours

Adaptation selon le profil du professionnel

The intensity and scope of the support adapt to the professional's journey. For a psychologist, already trained in clinical reading and conducting interviews, supervision focuses on this work of articulating symptoms and brain signatures, as well as on the technical dimension: choice of protocols, reading of traces, adjustments during training. For a professional from another field, supervision is closer and covers a broader scope: to this base is added support on the construction of the clinical reasoning itself, on the analysis of symptoms, and on conducting interviews.

In all cases, the objective remains: to develop a structured, coherent practice, finely adjusted to the reality of each patient - the one they express, and the one their brain reveals.

III. Give shape to your project

01

Une méthode accessible à tout professionnel

Perhaps you arrived on this page without knowing exactly what neurofeedback is. Perhaps you have heard of it at a conference, read an article that aroused your curiosity, or met a colleague who uses it in their practice. Perhaps you are also already familiar with the subject and are looking for support to implement it concretely. In any case, you are in the right place - because this support is designed precisely to meet each professional where they are, without presupposing prior knowledge.

02

Rencontre entre neurosciences et clinique

Neurofeedback is a fascinating approach. It relies on an idea that is simple to formulate but rich in its implications: our brain constantly emits electrical activity, measurable on the surface of the skull, and this activity reflects something of our mental functioning - our attention, our vigilance, our emotional regulation. By helping the brain to progressively modify this activity through a learning process, we can accompany certain symptoms that traditional clinics sometimes struggle to transform. It is a meeting between neuroscience and clinics that opens concrete perspectives for the people you accompany.

03

Une posture clinique qui se construit

Learning this approach is never just about acquiring a technique. It is entering another way of thinking about the clinic - where the patient's word and the activity of their brain dialogue, without one erasing the other. This posture is learned, exactly as one learns to conduct a clinical interview or to interpret a test: in stages, starting with the foundations, and gradually building a skill that becomes solid.

This is precisely what this support offers. A path that starts where you are — whether you are a psychologist, doctor, therapist, specialized educator, or from another field — and which leads you, at your own pace, towards an autonomous and rigorous practice. You will not be alone facing a manual or software: individualized support, adjusted to your initial level, allows you to tame the necessary neuroscientific concepts, understand the technical tools, and build your first clinical protocols within a secure framework.

04

Un parcours progressif et encadré

The path takes time - a few months for the first solid foundations, more for fully autonomous practice. It is precisely this progressiveness that gives it its value. Competence in neurofeedback is built in repeated encounters with concrete cases, accompanied by an experienced eye that helps structure what initially seems naturally complex.
